By accessing or using the PAZAChain platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PAZAChain.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our Services. By using PAZAChain, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Users from jurisdictions where cryptocurrency or blockchain services are prohibited are not permitted to use our platform.

PAZAChain provides a Layer-3 blockchain infrastructure built on Base network, enabling decentralized commerce solutions including token transactions, smart contract interactions, and related blockchain services. Our platform facilitates the purchase, transfer, and management of PAZA and PUSD tokens within the ecosystem.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet credentials, including private keys, seed phrases, and passwords. PAZAChain cannot recover lost credentials or reverse unauthorized transactions. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We recommend using hardware wallets and enabling all available security features.

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• •Money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
• •Fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices
• •Circumventing applicable laws, regulations, or sanctions
• •Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform
• •Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• •Market manipulation or wash trading
• •Distribution of malware or malicious code

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on PAZAChain are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission. The PAZAChain name, logo, and associated branding are protected trademarks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAZAChain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or tokens. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PAZAChain, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
